本計畫將在這些豐富的人文與自然資源的基礎之上，適切連結「樂齡福祉」、「食養社造」與「設計創業」等地方振興策略，並將整體的視覺、聽覺、嗅覺、味覺及觸覺五感體驗進行有效整合，發揮獨特的地方特色，配合適切的地方經營與管理，將可發展成為具備在地特色的優質生活、綠色產業與文化服務，無論對在地居民或外地遊客而言，都將是最平實、最踏實的生活體驗。
